The importance of exercising when dieting
Many people are initially shocked when they step on those scales for the first time after a few years. When they discover that they are heavier than they thought they were some peoples natural inclination is to diet quickly which mainly means that they just start to reduce the food intake. These people may skip lunch or eat only a tiny amount of their dinner or just eat salads meal after meal in the hope that if they eat less they will burn the fat. This is not in fact the case.

If you just want to keep yourself healthy and bring out the sexy shape in you then a lighter exercise routine might just work for you.
Light exercise means just light. You don’t work yourself thin with exercising, the best ones being walking and jogging. You can also do squart, sit-ups, push-ups, and other muscle building exercises.
As you start walking and running more, challenge yourself. Start out with short distances and increase them as your stamina builds up. Most importantly, enjoy it and see the difference it makes in your body.
